STUDIO POLICIES
STUDIO POLICIES LAST UPDATED NOVEMBER 13, 2023.
AGE RESTRICTION
I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. You must bring valid, government-issued photo ID to your appointment.
Appointments & Deposits
At this time, deposits are not required.
In the future, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book an appointment. Deposits are in place to ensure client attendance, and this amount will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo.
An appointment will be considered confirmed once a deposit has been received.
Late arrivals can cause schedule conflicts and may require booking an additional tattoo session (at an additional cost).
Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment, reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, change the tattoo concept, or arrive more than 20 minutes late to your appointment.
rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled up to two times. You must notify the artist a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment. To reschedule more than twice, or with less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit will be required.
cancellations
In the case of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to compensate for the behind-the-scenes work that goes into preparing for a tattoo.
Arrive Sober
Arriving to your appointment intoxicated in any fashion (alcohol, recreational drugs) will result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. Use of substances on-site is not permitted. There are no exceptions.
Designs
Flash designs are to be tattooed only once (unless specifically noted otherwise).
Custom designs will never be used more than once.
I do not tattoo designs created by other artists. Designs found online can be used as inspiration for a custom piece, but we will work to transform it into something new and unique to you.
Why might a project be turned down?
1) Tattoos on the following areas will be declined: head, neck, hands, fingers, genitals, feet.
2) Individuals with certain medical conditions might be considered too high-risk for a tattoo.
3) I always wish to put 110% effort into every tattoo I create, so in the case that a project does not align well with my style or interests, it may be more appropriate to decline the project.
medical conditions & allergies
Out of consideration for each client’s health, certain projects may be turned down if the artist finds the risk to the client to be too high.
guests/spectators
As this is a small, private studio, I cannot accept spectators at this time.
