STUDIO POLICIES
STUDIO POLICIES LAST UPDATED FEBRUARY 15, 2026
AGE RESTRICTION
You must be over the age of 18 to be tattooed. You must bring valid photo ID to your appointment.
Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable $120 deposit is required to secure an appointment. This amount will go toward the total cost of your tattoo.
Your deposit may be forfeited if you cancel your appointment, reschedule with <48 hours notice, change the tattoo concept, arrive more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, or arrive to your appointment intoxicated in any fashion.
rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice. To reschedule more than twice, or with less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit may be required.
Cancellations
If an appointment is cancelled, the deposit may be forfeited. This policy is in place to compensate for the behind-the-scenes work that goes into preparing for your tattoo.
Arrive Sober
Arriving to your appointment intoxicated in any fashion (alcohol, recreational drugs) will result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. Use of substances on-site is not permitted. There are no exceptions.
Vaping of any kind is not permitted, as this is a shared workspace.
Designs
I do not tattoo designs created by other artists. Designs found online can be used as inspiration for a custom piece, but we will work to transform it into something new and unique to you!
Flash designs marked as "repeatable" may be claimed by more than one person.
Why might a project be turned down?
1) Tattoos on the following areas will be declined: hands, fingers, feet, head, neck, genitals.
2) I do not tattoo names, initials, or other matching couples tattoos. Names/initials for family, friends, and pets are often accepted.
3) Individuals with certain medical conditions might not be eligible to receive a tattoo.
4) I always wish to put 110% effort into every tattoo I create, so in the case that a project does not align well with my style or interests, it may be more appropriate to decline the project.
medical conditions & allergies
Out of consideration for each client’s health, certain projects may be turned down if the artist finds the risk to the client to be too high. Reference our FAQ page for more information about receiving a tattoo with a medical condition.
