AGE RESTRICTION
You must be over the age of 18 to be tattooed. You must bring valid photo ID to your appointment.
Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $120 is required to secure your appointment date. This amount will go toward covering the first hour of your appointment.
Your deposit may be forfeited if you reschedule with less than 48 hours (2 days) notice, cancel your appointment, change your tattoo concept, arrive more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, or arrive to your appointment intoxicated in any fashion.
Last-minute reschedules & cancellations result in gaps in your artist's schedule that are difficult to fill. Deposits ensure that the artist is compensated for their time and the loss of income from an empty slot.
rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice. To reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, a new deposit may be required.
Cancellations
If an appointment is fully cancelled, the deposit may be forfeited. This policy is in place to compensate for the behind-the-scenes work that goes into preparing for your tattoo.
Arrive Sober
Arriving to your appointment intoxicated (alcohol, recreational drugs) will result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. Use of substances on-site is not permitted. There are no exceptions.
Vaping of any kind is not permitted, as this is a shared workspace.
Why might a project be turned down?
1) Tattoos on the following areas will be declined: hands, fingers, feet, head, neck, genitals.
2) I do not tattoo names, initials, or other matching couples tattoos. Names/initials for family, friends, and pets are often accepted.
3) Individuals with certain medical conditions might not be eligible to receive a tattoo. Visit our FAQ for more info about medical conditions.
STORE CREDITs
Credits and other prizes distributed by Laser It! Salon and Spa are not redeemable with Witherbloom Tattoo.
